A highly respected hospitality design studio is looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join its growing team in London. Known for creating distinctive hospitality environments across luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants and branded residential projects, this studio offers the opportunity to work on design-led schemes throughout the UK and internationally.
This role is suited to an experienced designer who thrives on taking ownership of projects, leading design development and mentoring more junior team members. You will work closely with Associates and Directors, helping to shape projects from concept through to delivery while maintaining the highest standards of creativity and execution.
The Role
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a key role in leading projects through all stages of the design process. You will be responsible for developing strong conceptual narratives, overseeing design packages, coordinating with consultants and supporting client presentations.
Alongside your design responsibilities, you will provide guidance to junior designers, helping to foster a collaborative and creative studio culture.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 6–10+ years of professional interior design experience
- Brings significant hospitality design experience across hotels, resorts, F&B or luxury lifestyle projects
- Demonstrates exceptional design and storytelling abilities
- Has a strong understanding of FF&E, materials, finishes and detailing
- Can confidently lead projects and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Produces high-quality presentation, drawing and specification packages
- Is comfortable presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders
- Has excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach to design challenges
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Can mentor and support junior members of the team
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering hospitality interior projects from concept to completion
- Strong space planning and design development capabilities
- Excellent FF&E knowledge and specification experience
- Ability to produce and review technical drawing packages
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience coordinating consultants and project teams
- Strong written and spoken English
