The Role
As a senior interior designer, you will play a key role in leading design packages, guiding projects from concept through to delivery, and mentoring junior designers. You’ll work closely with studio leadership, consultants, and clients to ensure design quality, consistency, and timely project delivery.
The role combines creative leadership with hands-on technical involvement and requires confidence across FF&E, spatial planning, and coordination.
Key Skills & Experience
Extensive experience delivering luxury hospitality or hotel interiors
Proven ability to lead projects from concept through to completion
Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail
Experience managing consultants and coordinating design information
Confident presenting to clients and stakeholders
Background in hotel, spa, or large-scale hospitality projects essential
