Senior Interior Designer Role Summary
High-End Private Residential and Developments
A well-established North London Design and Build firm is looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join its close-knit team. With a strong pipeline of high-end private residential projects, this is a key hire for someone confident leading projects end-to-end.
They are seeking a proven Senior who can take full ownership from day one.
The role:
- Lead high-end residential projects from concept through to completion
- Act as the main client contact throughout all stages
- Set design direction and oversee project delivery
- Manage timelines, budgets, and internal coordination
- Work closely with Interior Architects on technical packages
- Oversee FF&E selection, specification, and procurement
Key requirements:
- 6+ years’ experience in high-end private residential
- Proven track record of running projects independently
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Excellent FF&E knowledge (Esti experience highly desirable)
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (Enscape), Adobe Suite
