About the Senior Interior Designer Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, experienced, and technically proficient Senior Interior Designer to take the lead on a range of bespoke hospitality projects. You will be responsible for developing compelling design narratives, leading client presentations, and overseeing the production of highly detailed technical drawings. This role requires a confident designer who can mentor junior team members, manage client relationships, and deliver exceptional results from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction on hospitality interior design projects
- Confidently manage client presentations and meetings
- Produce and oversee high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Guide and mentor junior designers within the studio
- Collaborate with suppliers and source innovative FF&E solutions
- Prepare visually engaging presentations using Photoshop and InDesign
- Review and issue detailed drawing packages to the highest standard
- Work closely with the wider team in a collaborative and fast-paced studio environment
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality interior design
- Strong technical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of suppliers and FF&E sourcing
- Right to work in the UK is essential
