With a portfolio spanning high-end hospitality and wellness projects, they manage the full design life cycle from concept to delivery, building strong client relationships along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading interior design projects from concept to completion
- Managing and mentoring junior and midweight designers
- Presenting ideas confidently in client meetings
- Overseeing FF&E procurement, budgets, and supplier relationships
- Collaborating with an in-house lighting designer for integrated solutions
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Maintaining project schedules and budget control
Who You Are
- An experienced designer with a strong portfolio in hospitality and/or wellbeing interiors
- Confident managing projects and leading teams
- Excellent communicator, visually and verbally
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Esti (or similar procurement tools)
- Strong in FF&E specification and supplier coordination
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
