Senior Interior Designer Role Summary
A luxury hospitality interior design studio is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join its close-knit team in West London, in February.
The studio is known for delivering high-end hospitality projects across Europe and the Middle East, with live work in Italy, France and Spain, and a newly opened studio in Dubai. With a strong design-led ethos and a collaborative culture, this is an opportunity to take on responsibility within a growing international studio.
The Role
The Senior Interior Designer will lead projects from concept through to delivery, acting as the main client-facing contact and overseeing design development, coordination and progress across multiple workstreams. While the role does not involve pitching or fee proposals, it does require confident presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate design intent to clients, consultants and suppliers.
This person will also play a key leadership role internally, managing and mentoring a team of designers, reviewing work, and ensuring projects remain on track. In addition, they will oversee and support the Dubai team, working closely with the studio leadership, who travel regularly between studios.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior Interior Designer from a large, reputable studio, with a strong background in hospitality interiors and international project delivery. Excellent working knowledge of Vectorworks is essential, alongside confidence coordinating suppliers, consultants and trade contacts.
Strong organisational skills, a calm leadership style and the ability to balance hands-on design with team management are key.
The Studio
Based in West London, the studio works fully on-site (9am–6pm) and values collaboration and togetherness – including shared team lunches and regular attendance at industry events. Interviews are taking place immediately, in person, with the studio’s directors.
