The Role
You will take the lead on workplace projects from concept through to completion, ensuring exceptional design standards and seamless project delivery across multiple high-profile schemes.
- Lead and manage workplace projects, creating innovative office environments
- Ensure consistently high standards of design quality and project delivery
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored solutions
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to integrate functional and aesthetic elements
- Produce detailed designs and presentations using AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, V-Ray and InDesign
- Drive business development within the workplace sector, strengthening client relationships
The Candidate
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, V-Ray and InDesign
- Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale workplace design projects
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to deliver bespoke design solutions
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline
- Experience working on prestigious, high-end projects is highly desirable
