Associate Senior Interior Designer Role Summary
Client-Side, Design-Led Studio | High-End Hospitality + Build-to-Rent | Hybrid
A design-led, client-side studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer ready to step into an Associate-level role (or an Associate looking for a fresh, creative environment).
This rare opportunity will see you working across a 5-star luxury lifestyle hotel brand, spanning interiors, crockery, landscaping, and the full guest experience. Projects include listed buildings in the Cotswolds, Sussex, and Portugal, blending heritage sensitivity with bold contemporary design.
The studio has a passion for art, heritage, and storytelling, delivering high-end hospitality and build-to-rent projects from concept through to completion.
What They’re Looking For
Highly creative designer with a passion for art, materials, and storytelling
Strong FF&E knowledge, with an eye for sourcing and detail
Solid technical ability, able to produce and review detailed technical drawing packs
Excellent project management skills, proactive and solutions-focused
Experience collaborating with architects, M&E consultants, and attending site meetings
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-standard studio
A portfolio showcasing textures, bold patterns, colour, and luxury detailing
Experience with listed buildings and luxury hospitality projects
Software Skills
AutoCAD
InDesign
Photoshop
Excel (for FF&E schedules)
You will also be supported by an in-house procurement team, allowing you to focus on design.
