Senior Interior Designer The Role
You’ll work closely with the Directors, leading projects from concept to completion across a wide range of high-end residential and hospitality schemes. You’ll be deeply involved in everything from mood boards and spatial planning to supplier relationships and site delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop exceptional design concepts and presentations tailored to each client’s vision
- Lead the design and delivery of large and small-scale projects, acting as a brand ambassador externally
- Build and nurture client relationships, presenting with confidence and clarity
- Mentor junior team members, guiding them through creative and technical challenges
- Produce and review detailed drawing packages, FF&E specifications and schedules
- Source and specify beautiful, high-quality materials and finishes
- Manage budgets, timelines and suppliers with precision
- Oversee on-site quality assurance to ensure immaculate execution
What You’ll Need
- 6+ years’ experience in interior design, with a strong background in luxury residential (hospitality a bonus)
- Excellent space planning and concept design skills, with a sharp eye for detail
- Strong experience in both design and project management – juggling multiple high-spec projects with ease
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, keeping delivery on time and to an exceptional standard
- Confident using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid experience creating 3D visuals and communicating spatial ideas clearly
- Great understanding of construction methods and working alongside consultants and specialists
