An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Interior Designer to join an award-winning, global restaurant group, renowned for delivering some of the world’s most distinctive and luxurious dining environments. Based in a central London office with excellent transport links, this is a rare chance to work in-house on high-profile hospitality projects across international destinations.
You’ll be part of a driven, talented and highly collaborative design team, shaping flagship restaurant concepts from initial vision through to delivery. With frequent international travel, this role offers hands-on involvement in bringing exceptional spaces to life on a global stage.
The Role
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will take ownership of key projects, leading design development while ensuring each brand’s identity is expressed through thoughtful, refined and commercially successful interiors.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading luxury restaurant projects from concept to completion across varying scales and budgets
Managing and coordinating the in-house design team to ensure seamless delivery
Maintaining and evolving each brand’s unique design language
Collaborating with external consultants, contractors, suppliers and project managers worldwide
Producing high-quality design presentations, technical drawings and detailed specifications
Designing and sourcing bespoke furniture, lighting and finishes for premium hospitality spaces
Overseeing projects on site to ensure design integrity, quality and timelines are upheld
About You
Degree-qualified in Interior Design or Architecture
Minimum 8+ years’ post-qualification experience delivering high-end hospitality or luxury projects
Strong technical and creative capability with proven end-to-end project delivery
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
Confident presenting to internal stakeholders and external partners, both in person and remotely
Exceptional attention to detail, colour, materials and craftsmanship
Strong knowledge of suppliers, manufacturers and construction techniques
Hand-sketching ability is highly desirable
Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally
