About the Role
As Senior Interior Designer, you’ll take the lead on projects spanning retail, workplace, and destination environments — from concept through to completion. This is a senior, client-facing position where you’ll manage multiple briefs, guide a talented team, and collaborate with in-house graphics and branding specialists to deliver cohesive, high-impact design solutions.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape ideas, lead presentations, and see your work come to life — with full creative input and client engagement throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead concept development, creative direction, and client communication across multiple projects
- Prepare and present design concepts, visuals, and material palettes
- Oversee detailed design and technical drawing packages from tender to construction
- Conduct site surveys, attend meetings, and liaise with contractors and consultants
- Collaborate with branding and graphics teams to produce integrated design solutions
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting studio best practices
- Maintain high levels of design quality, precision, and consistency throughout all deliverables
About You
You’re an experienced, hands-on designer who balances creative vision with technical expertise. Confident and collaborative, you enjoy leading teams and working closely with clients to create memorable, intelligent spaces that reflect both brand and function.
Skills & Experience
- 7–10+ years’ experience in commercial interior design (retail, workplace, or experiential spaces)
- Proven experience leading design projects and managing client relationships
- Strong creative and technical abilities — Vectorworks and Cinema 4D preferred
- Excellent presentation, visualisation, and communication skills
- Proficient in developing full drawing packs across all design stages
- Degree-qualified in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
