About the Senior Interior Designer Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in luxury residential or hospitality design. This role requires someone who is comfortable on-site, solving problems and ensuring the seamless progress of projects. You will be involved in managing international projects, checking progress, and collaborating with bespoke suppliers. A key element of this role is the ability to adapt to the company’s approach and take feedback to improve your work.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Interior Designer Role: 

  • Manage and oversee multiple site projects, ensuring smooth progress and timely completion.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, solve on-site problems, and ensure quality control.
  • Collaborate with a team of designers, architects, and suppliers to meet project objectives.
  • Work closely with bespoke suppliers to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.
  • Travel internationally to oversee and manage projects, ensuring they meet the design brief.
  • Handle client communications, offering solutions to any challenges that arise on-site.
  • Adapt to the company’s approach, accepting feedback and making necessary improvements to the design process.

Skills and Qualifications of this Senior Interior Designer Role

  • Strong background in interior design with an architectural focus, preferably with experience in luxury residential or hospitality projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for site visits.
  • Ability to travel internationally for site visits.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges on-site.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt to a the studios workflow.
  • Experience working with bespoke suppliers and understanding the intricacies of custom designs.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Minimum 5 years experience on luxury high end residential
