Senior Interior Designer / Senior Interior Architect opportunity with a boutique, highly regarded interior design studio specialising in high-end residential interiors.
This is a key leadership role suited to an experienced designer or interior architect, taking ownership of multiple luxury projects from concept through to completion while mentoring junior team members.
The Role
- Lead and manage multiple high-end residential projects concurrently
- Oversee design development from concept through to technical delivery and installation
- Produce and review detailed drawing packages and technical documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants and contractors
- Ensure design intent and quality are maintained throughout all project stages
- Manage timelines, budgets and project resources effectively
- Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative studio culture
- Contribute to design direction, material selection and spatial planning
About You
- 8–10+ years’ experience in high-end residential interior design or interior architecture
- Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury London-based projects
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident leading projects and liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Excel and Estimac
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and detailing
- Must have the right to work in the UK
