The Role
As Senior Interior Designer, you will contribute to and lead the interior design delivery across major corporate fit-out projects, from early concept through to on-site implementation. You will work within established design frameworks while adding creativity, rigour and consistency to the studio’s output.
You will be expected to operate comfortably in a structured, fast-paced environment and act as a dependable senior team member across multiple live projects.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and contributing to the design of large-scale corporate workplace and commercial interiors
Managing interior packages across multiple project stages from concept to delivery
Coordinating with architects, consultants and contractors within a multidisciplinary team
Producing and reviewing detailed design and technical documentation
Engaging confidently with blue-chip corporate clients and responding to briefs professionally
Supporting project programming, design quality and delivery deadlines
Mentoring and supporting junior designers within the team
Skills & Experience Required
Senior-level experience in corporate workplace or commercial interior design
Strong background delivering projects for blue-chip corporate clients
Experience gained within a comparable large design or architectural practice
Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of commercial fit-out delivery
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
Confident, collaborative and commercially aware approach
