We’re working with a growing architecture-led studio in North London who are seeking a Senior or Leading Interior Designer to join their close-knit, talented team of 10. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role in shaping and leading their interior design offering, with interiors that are calm, elegant, and sophisticated – balancing functionality with refined creativity.
The Senior / Leading Interior Designer Role
As a Senior/Lead Interior Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of high-end residential projects, with exposure to boutique hospitality too. You’ll be confident taking briefs directly from clients, pushing concepts creatively, and seeing projects through from concept to completion. The studio prides itself on creating thoughtful interiors that use colour and texture in a refined and understated way, often drawing on psychology to ensure spaces are both beautiful and meaningful.
In this Senior / Leading Interior Designer role you’ll be:
Leading client relationships, presentations, and design direction.
Developing concepts, FF&E, detailing, and overseeing delivery.
Coordinating and running projects – managing timelines, contractors, and consultants.
Working closely with architects to create seamless, holistic environments.
Helping to shape and grow the interiors team as the studio expands.
