Senior or Project Architect Role Summary
We’re excited to be working with a highly regarded, design-led architecture practice looking for both a Project Architect and a Senior Architect to join their growing team. The studio has a strong portfolio of large-scale London-based housing schemes and an expanding footprint on international residential and mixed-use projects.
Led by directors with global practice backgrounds, the studio blends thoughtful, sustainable design with technical rigour and a strong eye for detail. Senior or Project Architect Key Responsibilities
Lead or co-lead large-scale design-led residential projects from early concept through to delivery
Oversee the coordination of internal teams and external consultants
Work closely with clients and local authorities across London and abroad
Deliver well-resolved technical and detail packages, particularly using Revit
Mentor junior team members (Senior Architect level) and contribute to studio-wide design conversations
Balance creative ambition with programme and budget awareness
Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Revit and Rhino is essential
Proven experience working on UK-based housing schemes, ideally at a range of scales
Understanding of UK planning policy and building regulations
Experience with Build to Rent (BTR) and/or BREEAM is beneficial
Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
Confident communicator, with a proactive and solutions-led approach
