About the Studio

This Senior Partner opportunity is with a highly dynamic, fast-paced luxury hospitality interior design and engineering studio working across an international portfolio of landmark projects. With a strong global presence spanning locations such as Malta, Dubai, Brussels, Prague and across Africa, the studio delivers complex, design-led schemes across multiple sectors and disciplines.

The team is truly international, bringing together over 25 nationalities in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The studio is driven by creativity and underpinned by technical excellence, consistently pushing boundaries to deliver innovative, high-quality projects that exceed client expectations.

You will be exposed to a wide range of projects, clients and challenges, offering genuine scope for professional growth and leadership development.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position requiring full ownership of projects from concept through to completion. You will play a key role in maintaining design integrity, managing multidisciplinary coordination and leading both internal teams and external stakeholders across complex hospitality schemes.

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years’ industry experience, including 6–10 years in leadership roles
  • Proven background within internationally recognised design studios
  • Strong portfolio across luxury and ultra-luxury hospitality projects
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects end-to-end, from concept through to handover and opening
  • Excellent design governance skills, with the ability to protect design intent across multiple teams and stages
  • Strong knowledge of specifications, procurement, materials, FF and E, and global sourcing
  • High level of technical coordination across disciplines including architecture, MEP, structures and specialist consultants
  • Solid understanding of international codes, standards and life-safety requirements
  • Strong commercial awareness across budgets, programmes, risk and profitability

Project Experience

  • Luxury and ultra-luxury hotels and resorts, including both new build and refurbishment projects
  • Branded residences and mixed-use hospitality developments
  • High-profile public areas including food and beverage venues, lounges, ballrooms and beach clubs
  • Wellness and spa environments
  • Guestroom design across all categories, including mock-ups and value engineering
  • Complex project environments including heritage buildings, remote locations, live refurbishments and fast-track programmes
  • Stakeholder-heavy projects involving operators, owners, consultants and contractors

Preferred Experience

Experience working with leading hospitality brands such as Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Aman, Rosewood, Six Senses or equivalent is highly desirable.

Leadership

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor and grow multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong client-facing presence, comfortable operating at senior stakeholder and C-level
  • Confident managing challenging conversations around scope, budget and programme
  • Ability to operate across international teams and cultures
  • High standards combined with a collaborative and respectful leadership approach
  • Active contribution to business development, proposals and client relationships
