Senior Project Architect for Lead Revit Projects in Central London

Salary Guide: £50,000 – £55,000

Key Requirements for this Project Architect Role

  • Minimum of 5 to 6 years’ post-Part 3 practice experience.
  • Proven experience in leading project teams and delivering successful projects.
  • Exceptional design ability with a focus on high-quality bespoke detailing.
  • Strong knowledge of technical design and delivery across all RIBA stages.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with AutoCAD is advantageous.
  • Excellent graphic skills and 3D design ability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, approachable, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect Role

  • Lead a project team and coordinate the design process for both residential and commercial projects.
  • Prepare and develop drawings, images, and other documents using Revit, ensuring high-quality technical delivery.
  • Manage the design and construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and clients to achieve project goals and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain high standards of design and technical quality throughout all project stages.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
