You’ll lead projects from stages 2-6, ensuring excellence in design and execution.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior / Project Architect Role

  • Spearhead residential projects from concept to completion (stages 2-6), ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Utilise Revit to develop and implement innovative and detailed design solutions, maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency.
  • Manage the delivery of residential projects in London, resolving challenges and ensuring adherence to all project requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members, ensuring seamless communication and successful project outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications for this Senior / Project Architect Role

  • A minimum of 10 years post Part II experience in architectural practice.
  • At least 5 years post Part III experience in the UK or Ireland, showcasing your professional competency.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience independently managing projects, with a strong focus on residential architecture.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering residential projects in London, adeptly navigating the complexities of urban projects.
  • Mastery of Revit is essential, as it will be your primary tool for design and project management.
