High-End Residential | North London | £50,000–£55,000 DOE
Are you an experienced Project Architect with a passion for beautifully crafted private homes? This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning London practice that specialises exclusively in bespoke high-end residential architecture, working on exceptional projects from concept through to completion.
Based in a collaborative, design-led studio in Islington, you’ll take ownership of prestigious residential schemes, including contemporary new-build homes, listed buildings, sensitive refurbishments and bespoke extensions. Working closely with the practice leadership, you’ll play a key role in shaping projects and delivering outstanding architecture for discerning private clients.
The Role
As a Senior Project Architect, you’ll lead projects across all RIBA stages, managing clients, consultants and contractors while ensuring exceptional design quality and technical delivery. You’ll oversee projects on site, administer contracts and contribute to the ongoing design direction of the practice.
About You
- ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ UK post-Part 3 experience (or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading at least two high-end residential projects from concept through to completion
- Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation, Building Regulations and contract administration
- Excellent technical detailing and site experience
- Confident managing clients, consultants and contractors
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Highly proficient in Vectorworks, SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite
