Working within a collaborative studio, you’ll lead prestigious projects from concept through to completion, managing project teams, consultants and clients while maintaining the highest standards of design and technical delivery. The Role
As a Senior Project Architect, you’ll lead luxury residential and hospitality projects across all RIBA stages, overseeing design development, technical delivery and project coordination. You’ll coordinate consultants and contractors, and build lasting relationships with clients while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
About You
ARB-registered Architect with 7+ years post-Part III experience.
Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects in London.
Experience working on luxury hospitality projects would be highly advantageous.
Confident leading projects through all RIBA stages from concept to completion.
Strong AutoCAD proficiency with excellent technical and detailing skills.
Experience managing and mentoring project teams.
Comfortable coordinating clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery.
Able to manage multiple live projects while maintaining exceptional quality.
Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
