Client Facing working on High-end Large Residential Projects in London

Fixed-term Contract

Salary Guide: £60,000.00 – £70,000.00

Summary

A well renowned high end residential practice is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Lead to join their growing London team. This will be to work on high end design focused bespoke residential projects in London, covering all elements from concept to completion. Including onsite project management, contract administration and client liaising

Job descriptions:

• To lead and attend design, project and client meetings.
• To oversee the administration of all project phases, including budgeting, scheduling, design, and construction documentation.
• To understands all aspects and phases of the building design process, and share this knowledge with your team to grow and meet deadlines.
• To be flexible to changing job requirements from the client and manage the contractors and specialist services
• Comply with the CDM regulations, utilise and share your knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
• To be the point of contact for the client, so strong communication skills and well presented

Skills necessary:

• The right candidate must hold a degree in Project
• Management, Architecture, Design Management, or a related discipline.
• A bonus would be if you hold a project management qualification such a APMP, PRINCE or diploma, so please highlight this in your application where appropriate
• Understanding of the design and building processes, programming, space planning standards, and materials and finishes.
• Proven experience in finance management and contract administration.
• Basic MS Project project management software skills.
• The capacity to oversee, guide, and coordinate the project team’s operations.
• Strong communication, listening, and writing abilities, as well as the ability to present to clients.
