A well-established and design-led developer based in North London is seeking a talented Senior Technical Architect to join their busy and growing team. With an exciting pipeline of multi-unit, high-rise residential and commercial projects on the horizon, this is a brilliant opportunity for a technically strong and detail-oriented architect who thrives on delivering high-quality architecture.
The Senior Technical Architect Role:
You’ll be working across a broad range of high-end, bespoke developments – from concept through to completion. The role will see you leading technical delivery, coordinating with contractors, and managing a small internal team, ensuring design integrity is carried through every stage of the process.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading the technical development of complex projects across multiple sectors
Overseeing delivery stages with a strong focus on buildability and quality
Coordinating facade packages and detailed construction drawings
Liaising with contractors and consultants, ensuring smooth on-site progress
Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative studio culture
What they’re looking for:
A technically focused, confident architect or technician with a minimum of 5+ years post-Part II experience
Solid experience working on high-rise, multi-unit residential and commercial projects
Fluency in ArchiCAD is essential
Comfortable leading teams and speaking directly with contractors
A clear passion for high-quality detailing and project delivery
