Salary Guide: £37,000 – £40,000 Pro Rata (7.5 month contract with the potential to turn permanent)

Summary

A great opportunity for an extremely organised and practical Architectural Designer or qualified Contract Architect to join one of the UK’s leading custom home manufacturers. Pioneering digital design and fabrication, the role is both challenging, varied and rewarding as you will be able to engage with a project throughout all stages of its construction and see the final result. With an office in central London, you would be able to mostly work from home (asides from site visits) whilst you engage with the latest construction technology.

The right person must be able to:

• Act as a site coordinator between the site and London office – exceptional communication skills
• Read Revit drawings
• Manage design information on site
• Review subcontractors scope of works, report on omissions
• Support the joinery team and subcontractors
• Manage and inform on deliveries
• Verify dates with appointed subcontractors/suppliers
• Manage completion of timesheets for contractors on site
• Legally work in the UK
• Experience in offsite construction and MMC (highly desirable)
