We are seeking a proactive and organised Studio Administrator / Document Controller to provide support for West London team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio, assisting with administrative tasks, project coordination, and document control. Key Responsibilities for this Studio Administrator Role

  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
  • Assisting with project coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and liaising with clients and consultants
  • Document control responsibilities, including managing and organising project documentation, ensuring version control, and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing general support to the design team, including organising travel arrangements, filing documents, and coordinating deliveries
  • Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and project proposals
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Skills and Qualifications for this Personal and Project Assistant Role

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the architecture or design industry
  • Experience with document control software such as ACC, A Site, or Documentum.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for architecture and design, with a keen interest in the industry
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile to support the team
