Part Time Studio Administrator for High-End Residential Chelsea Studio

Part Time (2 – 3 days – 12 hours per week)
Salary Guide: £10,000 – £12,000 pro rata (experience dependent)

Key Responsibilities for this Studio Administrator Role

  • Manage and control client budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and reported accurately.
  • Handle invoicing processes, from creation to follow-up, ensuring timely payments.
  • Collect and organise fabric samples, working closely with the design team.
  • Order furniture and other design elements as per project requirements.
  • Assist with creating mood boards using Photoshop, providing visual support for design concepts.
  • Maintain and organise the studio space, ensuring a clean and efficient working environment.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth studio operations.
Skills & Qualifications for this Studio Administrator Role
  • Previous experience as a Studio Administrator or Studio Assistant in a design or architectural studio.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent budget management and invoicing skills.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop for creating and editing mood boards.
  • Familiarity with the design industry, specifically within the high-end residential sector.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach with a can-do attitude, ready to support the team in various capacities.
