Summary

We are thrilled to announce a unique opportunity for a Studio Coordinator to cover a 12-month maternity leave starting at the end of September 2023. This role is based in a top UK architectural practice, located in the vibrant neighborhood of Shoreditch. The ideal candidate will possess numeracy skills, bookkeeping experience, familiarity with Xero and CMAP, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks essential to the efficient operation of a busy architecture studio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Handle bookkeeping responsibilities and manage project expenses, with a focus on accuracy and organization. Previous experience with Xero and CMAP is advantageous.
  • Multitasking: Adapt to the dynamic needs of the architecture studio by managing stock, suppliers, and project-related tasks efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Director, Practice Manager, and design team with tasks such as diary-keeping, travel arrangements, and providing general support.
  • Quality Assurance: Experience in quality assurance is beneficial, ensuring the studio maintains high standards in its projects and processes.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Numeracy Skills: Proficiency in managing financial aspects, including bookkeeping and expense management.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Xero and CMAP software is advantageous.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask and adjust to the changing demands of a busy architectural practice.
