This opportunity suits a calm, positive and highly organised Studio Manager with previous experience in a creative studio. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the studio while providing operational, executive and financial support.
The Role
You will oversee daily operations, facilities management and executive support, ensuring the studio runs efficiently and professionally at all times.
Daily Operations & Administration
- Managing diaries and supporting meeting arrangements
- Welcoming visitors and clients to the studio
- Handling calls, correspondence and general administration
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Studio & Facilities Management
- Ensuring the office operates smoothly, including supplies, samples and utilities
- Managing relationships with suppliers and the studio cleaner
- Overseeing maintenance, bills, meter readings and compliance requirements
- Ensuring printers, computers and equipment remain fully operational
- Managing desk-hire administration and relevant bookings
Executive & Finance Support
- Managing the Studio Owner’s personal finance tasks
- Supporting bookkeeping and financial administration
- Issuing and chasing invoices
- Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero
- Reconciling bank statements and preparing financial reports
- Managing payroll processing and ensuring tax compliance
- Tracking company expenses
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
