A boutique interior design studio specialising in high-end residential projects are looking for a Studio Manager/ Personal Assistant to join their studio based in South London. This is a part-time position but full time applicants will be considered.

About this Studio Manager Role

The role is varied and you will be working closely with the Creative Director/ Founder and a team of 5. Responsibilities include office management, HR and PA to the Creative Director.

  • FoH duties – greeting visitors, clients and suppliers, answering the phone.
  • Studio administration – post, ordering supplies, IT support and maintaining the sample library.
  • Leading weekly team meetings with the Director.
  • Event coordination.
  • Managing office costs – invoicing and payments.
  • HR support – onboarding for new employees.
  • Managing the director’s calendar, and booking travel and organising meetings.
About you
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Office Management/PA role.
  • A problem solver and self-motivated.
  • Highly organised and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Xero.
  • Interest and experience in the interior design industry.
