We are seeking a talented Revit Architect for an exciting opportunity with a leading firm in North London. The firm you could be joining is the UK’s only digital manufacturer of one-off homes. They are at the forefront of innovative construction methods, combining the principles of DfMA and MMC to create bespoke residential and modular homes. With a strong emphasis on sustainability, they strive to revolutionize the way homes are designed and built.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute architectural designs for MMC projects using Revit.
• Demonstrate top-notch detailing ability to ensure precise and accurate designs.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to develop innovative solutions that meet project objectives.
• Participate in design reviews, providing expert insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software advancements, and sustainable design practices.

Skills and qualifications:

• Proficiency in Revit is essential, along with experience in BIM. Previous experience with MMC projects is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in a large architectural practice, working on complex projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for design aesthetics.
• A passion for sustainability and a keen interest in incorporating sustainable principles into architectural designs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
