HAUS is working with a well-established, design-led architecture studio in North West London to find a technically strong Technical Architect to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone at mid-level who enjoys getting into the detail, running packages day-to-day and delivering beautifully resolved buildings through to site.
The practice is known for thoughtful, highly crafted work across cultural projects, hospitality spaces, commercial schemes and high-end residential developments, in the UK and internationally. With a friendly, collaborative studio culture and a healthy pipeline of work, this is a great opportunity for a Technical Architect keen to deepen their technical expertise while taking on increasing responsibility.
The Role
Lead technical delivery across projects through all RIBA stages, with a focus on later-stage design and construction
Produce and coordinate detailed drawing packages and specifications in Revit
Drive technical resolution, working closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams
Manage information flow and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
Attend site meetings and contribute to smooth project delivery on site
Support junior team members and uphold the studio’s quality standards
About You
ARB-registered architect with 2+ years post-Part III UK experience
Strong technical background, ideally with commercial or complex building types
Highly proficient in Revit; AutoCAD essential, with Rhino, Enscape and Adobe CC advantageous
Confident across RIBA stages 3–5
Detail-driven with a pragmatic understanding of buildability
Comfortable communicating with clients, consultants and contractors
Experience in cultural projects is a bonus, but not essential
Proactive, positive and passionate about well-considered architecture
