HAUS is working with a well-established, design-led architecture studio in North West London to find a technically strong Technical Architect to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone at mid-level who enjoys getting into the detail, running packages day-to-day and delivering beautifully resolved buildings through to site.

The practice is known for thoughtful, highly crafted work across cultural projects, hospitality spaces, commercial schemes and high-end residential developments, in the UK and internationally. With a friendly, collaborative studio culture and a healthy pipeline of work, this is a great opportunity for a Technical Architect keen to deepen their technical expertise while taking on increasing responsibility.

The Role

  • Produce and coordinate detailed drawing packages and specifications in Revit

  • Drive technical resolution, working closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams

  • Manage information flow and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations

  • Attend site meetings and contribute to smooth project delivery on site

  • Support junior team members and uphold the studio’s quality standards

About You

  • ARB-registered architect with 2+ years post-Part III UK experience

  • Strong technical background, ideally with commercial or complex building types

  • Highly proficient in Revit; AutoCAD essential, with Rhino, Enscape and Adobe CC advantageous

  • Confident across RIBA stages 3–5

  • Detail-driven with a pragmatic understanding of buildability

  • Comfortable communicating with clients, consultants and contractors

  • Experience in cultural projects is a bonus, but not essential

  • Proactive, positive and passionate about well-considered architecture

Why Apply?

  • Join a respected London studio recognised for design quality and technical rigour

  • Work across a varied portfolio, from boutique schemes to large-scale developments

  • Be part of a sociable, collaborative and supportive team

  • Competitive benefits package including:

    • Pension scheme

    • Private healthcare

    • Company bonus structure

  • Clear progression routes and ongoing professional development
