A highly respected, design-led architectural studio is seeking a Technical Architect to join its collaborative London team. Renowned for delivering refined, high-end hospitality environments alongside sensitive refurbishment of historic buildings, this award-winning practice offers the opportunity to work on beautifully crafted, detail-driven projects.

The Role
You will take a key role in the technical development and delivery of projects, working closely with design teams to translate concepts into robust, buildable solutions. The position offers a balance of autonomy and collaboration, ideal for someone proactive and confident in their technical ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop detailed technical design packages
- Coordinate with consultants and wider project teams
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
- Contribute to high-quality delivery across hospitality and residential schemes
- Support project teams through construction stages
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within a UK architectural practice
- Strong technical detailing and delivery experience
- Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Experience in high-end hospitality and/or residential projects
- Interest in interiors and FF&E
- Proficient in Vectorworks (preferred)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
