An established AJ100 architectural practice in London is seeking a talented Architect with strong technical and delivery experience to join its residential team.

The studio has a strong portfolio of residential and mixed-use work and is known for delivering thoughtful, well-crafted architecture across a range of projects in London and the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect who enjoys bringing projects through the technical and construction stages and contributing to the delivery of high-quality buildings within a collaborative studio environment.


The Role

You will play an important role in the delivery of residential and mixed-use schemes, working closely with project leads and wider design teams across RIBA Stages 4–5.

The position involves contributing to the technical development of projects, coordinating with consultant teams, and ensuring that design intent is translated effectively into built outcomes.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery of residential and mixed-use projects through technical and construction stages

  • Producing and coordinating technical drawing packages

  • Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams

  • Ensuring projects meet UK Building Regulations and current legislation

  • Assisting with the coordination of project information across the design team

  • Maintaining design quality while ensuring technical accuracy


About You

You will be a qualified Architect with strong technical capability and experience working within UK architectural practices.

You enjoy working within collaborative project teams and have an interest in delivering well-resolved architecture through the later project stages.


Key Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Architect (ARB registered)

  • Experience working on UK residential or mixed-use projects

  • Strong experience in RIBA Stages 4–5

  • Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards

  • Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary consultant teams

  • Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge

  • Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
