Technical Architectural Freelancer Role Summary
RIBA Stages 4 & 5 | 4–6 Week Contract | Full-Time | Office-Based | London Bridge | Immediate Start
We’re working with a leading London design studio looking for an experienced Technical Architect to support the delivery of high-quality commercial / workplace and hospitality projects on an initial 4–6 week contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team, working on the technical delivery of premium workplace, roof terrace and hospitality spaces.
The Role
- Produce and coordinate RIBA Stage 4 & 5 technical drawing packages.
- Prepare technical submissions.
- Manage and respond to RFIs throughout the construction phase.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
About You
You’ll have:
- Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4 & 5.
- Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
- Experience working on commercial workplace, office fit-out or hospitality projects.
- Excellent technical coordination and drawing production skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Contract Details
- Initial 4–6 week contract.
- Full-time, office-based in London Bridge.
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.
- Immediate start preferred.
