A well-established London-based architecture studio is seeking a Technical Project Architect to join its growing team. The practice is recognised for its thoughtful, technically rigorous approach and is currently delivering a range of façade remediation, retrofit and large-scale mixed-use projects.
This role offers the chance to take real ownership of technically complex work, collaborate closely with consultants and contractors, and play a key role in delivering safety-critical projects that genuinely improve the built environment.
The Role
You’ll be leading and contributing to the technical design and delivery of façade remediation schemes, alongside supporting wider retrofit and masterplanning projects. Working as part of a collaborative studio, you’ll help manage design teams, coordinate detailed packages and engage closely with clients and stakeholders.
The practice also acts as Building Regulations Principal Designer across several projects, and this role offers the opportunity to take a lead in this area.
What They’re Looking For
ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years’ experience
Strong background in technical delivery, ideally including façade remediation or retrofit
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Confident project runner, comfortable leading teams and consultants
Strong construction detailing skills
Revit experience preferred, though technical knowledge is key
Clear communicator with a proactive, organised approach
