Summary
A growing practice based in South London is seeking an experienced Vectorworks Project Architect to work on their new pipeline of commercial and residential projects. The practice of 25 people work on design-led UK based projects across all RIBA Work Stages, ranging in scale from private residential to multi-million commercial refurbishments.
As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for running a mid-scale project, managing and supporting junior members of the team and working with clients and contractors. Project running experience is essential.
The right person must have:
- Qualified as a Part III and registered with the ARB
- Proficiency in Vectorworks with experience on live projects in commercial, residential or mixed-use sector
- Experience running a project though all RIBA Work Stages
- Knowledge of current UK building Regulations & Standards
- Excellent technical detailing ability and experience producing tender packages
- Proven experience working and managing clients, influencing the brief and design
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation skills
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
