The Role

You’ll play an integral part in the delivery of residential projects across multiple RIBA stages, taking responsibility for project packages, coordinating design information and working closely with clients and wider project teams.

Combining technical delivery with design development and project leadership, this is a varied position offering excellent exposure to complex schemes and the opportunity to strengthen your experience within a collaborative architectural environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating the delivery of residential projects across multiple RIBA stages.

  • Taking ownership of key project packages and ensuring design information is delivered to a high standard.

  • Producing, reviewing and coordinating detailed technical drawings and construction information using Revit.

  • Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams.

  • Managing project coordination, resolving technical challenges and maintaining project programmes.

  • Contributing to design development from early concepts through to construction.

  • Ensuring projects comply with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and relevant technical standards.

  • Maintaining high standards of quality assurance and technical accuracy.

  • Supporting the wider team and contributing to a positive, collaborative studio culture.

About You

We’re looking for an ARB-registered Architect with strong residential experience, excellent technical capabilities and the confidence to take responsibility for project delivery.

Ideally, you’ll have 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience and be looking to take the next step in your architectural career.

You’ll ideally have:

  • ARB registration and a recognised Part III qualification.

  • 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.

  • Strong experience delivering UK residential projects.

  • Experience working on high-risk residential developments would be particularly advantageous.

  • Strong Revit skills – this is essential.

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and project teams.

  • Confident client-facing and communication skills.

  • The ability to manage your workload, take initiative and work independently when required.

  • A proactive approach, with a genuine interest in developing your project leadership skills.

The Practice

Join a respected, design-focused architectural practice with an exciting and growing portfolio of residential work across the UK.

The studio offers a supportive and collaborative environment where Architects are encouraged to take ownership, share ideas and develop their expertise. With a strong emphasis on quality design and technical delivery, you’ll be surrounded by talented professionals and given the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to significant projects.
