Technology Support Role Summary

A leading international design studio is seeking a proactive and service-focused Technology Support Analyst to join its collaborative technology team. Supporting both UK and Hong Kong offices, this role will act as the first point of contact for IT support queries and incidents, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of technology systems across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Team Support

  • Provide first and second-line IT support across multiple studios
  • Manage support tickets, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support remote users and assist with escalated technical issues when required
  • Deliver onboarding and offboarding support for staff
  • Work closely with the Head of Technology on ongoing IT projects and improvements
  • Maintain excellent service levels and communication with users across all levels of the business

Technical Responsibilities

  • Set up, deploy, maintain, and repair laptops, desktops, printers, telephony, and mobile devices
  • Install, configure, and support software including Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk applications, Rhino, Enscape, and V-Ray
  • Support Windows 11 environments, Active Directory, VPNs, remote desktop tools, and Microsoft Teams Calling
  • Assist with networking support including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
  • Support both physical and virtual Windows servers
  • Manage AV equipment and meeting room technology
  • Maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, and hardware asset registers
  • Liaise with external managed service providers where required
  • Provide occasional out-of-hours support when necessary

About You

  • 4+ years’ experience in an IT support environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Organised, dependable, and able to prioritise effectively under pressure
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
  • Knowledge of Azure, Cisco Meraki, Hyper-V, and Mac OS would be advantageous
  • Previous experience within the architecture, engineering, or creative sectors is desirable
  • Relevant certifications such as A+, CCNA, or ITIL are beneficial

Location: Central London

Working arrangement: Full time in the office
