Communications and PR Coordinator Role Summary
Architecture and Design Practice | Media Relations | Central London
We are currently partnering with an internationally recognised architecture and design practice to recruit an experienced Communications and PR Coordinator for its London studio.
Known for its collaborative culture and diverse international team, the practice combines design excellence with strategic thinking to create places that respond to the needs of people, communities and cities.
Working closely with senior leadership, project teams and creative specialists, you will play a key role in delivering the firm’s communications and PR strategy, helping to strengthen its profile across media, digital and social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of global PR and communications strategies alongside senior partners
- Build relationships with media, journalists and key stakeholders
- Draft press releases, media materials and thought leadership content
- Coordinate PR campaigns, events and awards submissions
- Manage social media activity and support internal communications
- Monitor media coverage and provide strategic insights
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in PR, communications or media relations within the built environment
- Proven success delivering multi-channel PR campaigns
- Strong writing, storytelling and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling media relations and corporate communications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and social media management tools
- Experience using analytics platforms and CRM systems is advantageous
