We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience who is eager to take the next step in their career. You’ll join a supportive and collaborative team where design ideas are encouraged, and professional growth is actively promoted.
About the Role

Working closely with senior colleagues, you will contribute to all project stages — from concept design through to detailed packages and delivery. You’ll gain exposure to a variety of exciting schemes while benefiting from regular mentorship and clear career development pathways.
Key Responsibilities
Support the creation of strong design concepts, masterplans, and technical drawing packages
Assist with site analysis, planting design, and presentation materials
Contribute to planning documentation and visual outputs using industry-standard software
Coordinate with internal architects and external consultants
Engage with clients and stakeholders as confidence grows
What They’re Looking For
A degree in Landscape Architecture and 1+ years post-qualification experience
Strong design talent with excellent graphic and communication skills
Working knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and ideally GIS or Revit
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
Progress toward CMLI membership encouraged and fully supported
What’s on Offer
£35,000 – £42,000 depending on experience
Hybrid setup: 1 day per week in the office with flexibility
