The Opportunity
You’ll become an integral part of a creative team working across a diverse portfolio of projects from concept through to delivery. The role offers strong involvement in:
- Concept design and creative development
- Client presentations and visual communication
- International and UK-based retail and hospitality projects
- Collaborative project coordination using Revit
- Design-led project delivery within a supportive studio environment
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of retail, mixed-use, and hospitality projects
- Assist with concept design, presentations, and visual communication materials
- Produce high-quality drawings and design information using Revit
- Work collaboratively with architects, clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Support project coordination to ensure deadlines and budgets are achieved
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and project design standards throughout all stages
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute creative design ideas
Skills & Experience
- RIBA Part II qualified
- Previous experience within retail or hospitality design
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Creative and design-led approach with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and proactive attitude within a team environment
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet project deadlines
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic personality
