HAUS Careers is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a driven and technically capable Part III Architect to join a creative architectural studio based in Central London. Known for its thoughtful approach to commercial and retrofit architecture, the practice delivers carefully crafted projects across a range of existing and heritage buildings throughout the city.
This position would suit a motivated architect looking to take the next step in their career, developing greater project ownership and technical delivery experience within a supportive, collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
You’ll become part of a close-knit team working across a variety of commercial refurbishment and retrofit schemes, contributing to projects from design development through to technical delivery and site coordination. The role offers excellent exposure across RIBA Stages 3–5, with increasing responsibility for coordination, client communication, and project delivery using ArchiCAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate projects through RIBA Stages 3–5
- Produce and oversee drawing packages, models, and technical information in ArchiCAD
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
- Support client communication and attend project meetings
- Prepare planning, technical, and construction documentation
- Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and technical standards
- Contribute to design development and technical problem-solving
- Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate
- Maintain a high level of technical accuracy and attention to detail across all project work
Skills & Experience
- ARB registered Architect / RIBA Part III qualified
- Strong professional experience within a UK architectural practice
- Experience working on commercial, retrofit, or refurbishment projects
- Excellent ArchiCAD proficiency
- Strong understanding of UK construction methods, detailing, and Building Regulations
- Experience coordinating project teams and technical packages
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing workload and deadlines
- Strong communication and collaborative working skills
