High-End Residential | AutoCAD | North West London | £50,000–£55,000 DOE
HAUS Careers is working with a respected, design-led architecture practice in North West London looking for a talented Project Architect with strong AutoCAD skills and proven experience delivering high-end residential projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative studio working on beautifully crafted private homes, extensions, refurbishments, and listed buildings. You’ll take ownership of projects across all RIBA stages, leading coordination and delivery while contributing to the studio’s strong design culture.
What you’ll do
- Lead and deliver high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages
- Produce and oversee planning, tender, and construction packages in AutoCAD
- Coordinate consultants, clients, contractors, and wider project teams
- Contribute to technical detailing, interiors, and design development
- Support junior team members and collaborate closely with directors
What they’re looking for
- ARB-registered Architect with post-Part III professional experience
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency with solid technical delivery skills
- Revit knowledge advantageous
- Proven experience in high-end residential architecture
- Excellent detailing and construction knowledge
- Confident managing projects and client relationships
- Proactive, organised, and design-focused approach
