A highly creative hospitality design studio is looking for an experienced Vectorworks Architect to join its growing team in Central East London.
Working across an impressive international portfolio of luxury restaurants, boutique hotels and exclusive hospitality destinations, this is an exciting opportunity to join a studio where design quality, materiality and attention to detail are paramount.
The successful candidate will have strong technical capabilities, a refined design eye and experience delivering high-end projects from concept through to completion. You’ll work closely with a talented team of architects and interior designers, playing a key role in developing and delivering distinctive hospitality environments across an international portfolio.
The Role
Work across all RIBA stages, from initial concept through to technical delivery and on-site completion.
Produce detailed technical drawings and comprehensive Vectorworks packages.
Collaborate with interior designers, consultants and project managers to develop and coordinate designs.
Oversee technical coordination and contribute to project delivery on site.
Manage multiple projects at different stages, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.
Contribute to material, finish and design development, helping create unique and memorable spaces.
About You
Post-Part III qualified, with relevant experience working within architecture or interior architecture.
Strong proficiency in Vectorworks, with experience producing detailed technical drawing packages.
Previous experience within hospitality, hotels, restaurants or another high-end design-led sector.
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical construction standards.
Excellent attention to detail, with a strong appreciation for materials, finishes and craftsmanship.
Confident communicator, comfortable coordinating with clients, consultants and wider project teams.
Organised and capable of managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
Passionate about creating exceptional hospitality spaces and delivering design-led projects.
