Architectural Recruitment Consultant Role Overview
As an Architectural Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of your own market within the architecture and design sector. This is a 360 role combining business development, client management, and candidate delivery.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities within the architecture and design industry
- Building and managing long-term client relationships
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
- Advising clients and candidates on market trends and hiring strategies
- Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements
- Maintaining accurate records and pipeline activity
About You
- Background or education in architecture
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with an interest in sales
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
