HAUS Careers is proud to be working with a highly respected, design-led architecture studio in East London to recruit a talented Part II Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical ability and a passion for residential architecture to gain valuable hands-on experience across RIBA Stages 3–5 within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.

The Role
You’ll work closely with senior architects and project teams to support the technical delivery of residential and mixed-use projects, helping develop detailed drawing packages, coordinated Revit models, and construction information across key delivery stages.
This role would suit someone keen to strengthen their technical experience whilst continuing to progress professionally toward Part III qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and technical delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Assist in the production of detailed Stage 4 and Stage 5 drawing packages, details, and schedules
- Develop and maintain coordinated Revit models alongside wider project teams
- Assist with consultant coordination and technical information exchange
- Support planning condition responses and Building Regulations submissions
- Help resolve technical and construction queries under the guidance of senior team members
- Participate in technical workshops, design reviews, and collaborative team meetings
About You
- Part II Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect (Part III)
- Previous UK experience within an architectural practice
- Strong interest in technical design and project delivery
- Good working knowledge of Revit
- Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Organised, proactive, and eager to continue learning
- Collaborative and personable with strong communication skills
