The practice works across a varied portfolio of residential, mixed-use, commercial and hospitality projects, with opportunities to contribute across all RIBA stages — from early concept design through to delivery on site.

This position would suit a recently qualified Architect or an Architect with a few years of post-Part III experience who is looking to take on increased responsibility within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.

  • Coordinating with consultants, contractors and clients
  • Attending project meetings and site visits
  • Supporting project delivery to programme and budget requirements
  • Assisting with project coordination and day-to-day team communication

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Architect (ARB registered preferred)

  • Good design and technical ability
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite essential
  • Working knowledge of SketchUp and MicroStation advantageous
  • Sound understanding of UK planning policy and building regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently and collaboratively

Desirable

  • Experience across residential, commercial, mixed-use or hospitality sectors
  • Experience taking ownership of project packages or leading smaller projects
  • Confidence coordinating consultants and client communication
  • Based within a reasonable commute of South London / Surrey

What’s on Offer

  • Salary between £40,000 – £48,000 depending on experience
  • Opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects
  • Supportive and collaborative studio environment
  • Genuine opportunities for progression and increased responsibility
  • Exposure to projects from inception through to completion
  • Ongoing professional development
