Part III Architect – Revit + Rhino
North London | Temp to Perm
We’re pleased to be supporting a boutique, design-led architecture studio in North London as they look to hire a talented Part III Architect on a temp-to-perm basis.
The practice is recognised for its refined, high-end residential work across both UK and international projects, offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative studio environment on beautifully detailed and technically ambitious schemes.
This role would suit a strong all-round architect with excellent technical ability, a refined design sensibility and confidence delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3–4. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, from concept development through to technical delivery and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate detailed design packages across RIBA Stages 3–4
- Produce high-quality technical drawing packages in Revit
- Support project delivery on luxury residential and mixed-use schemes
- Coordinate consultants and wider project teams
- Contribute to both design development and technical detailing
- Participate in client and project meetings where required
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Part III Architect
- Strong residential project experience
- Advanced Revit proficiency
- Working knowledge of Rhino
- Excellent technical detailing and coordination skills
- Experience delivering Stage 3 & 4 packages
- Strong communication and collaborative working style
- Ability to work proactively within a small, fast-paced studio environment
Experience on high-end residential or international projects would be highly advantageous.
