Project Architect Role Summary
Residential, Hotels, Co-living, BTR | East London | Hybrid (1 day WFH) | 48,000 – £50,000 DOE
HAUS Careers is partnering with a highly regarded, design-led architecture practice in East London to appoint a Project Architect to join their growing team.
This is a delivery-focused role, working across large-scale residential, hotel, co-living and Build to Rent schemes, with a strong emphasis on RIBA Stages 3–5. The ideal candidate will bring solid UK project delivery experience, confident Revit capability, and exposure to complex urban projects. Gateway experience is a strong advantage.
The Studio
This is a well-established, design-led practice recognised for delivering high-quality, detail-driven architecture across complex mixed-use schemes. The studio balances strong design ambition with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach, and offers a collaborative and supportive working environment.

The Role
You’ll take a leading role in the technical design and delivery of projects, working closely with senior architects and consultants to ensure successful coordination and execution through RIBA Stages 3–5.
This position is ideal for an architect who enjoys being hands-on with detail, coordination, and problem-solving through construction stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support project delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Produce and coordinate detailed drawing packages, specifications, and technical information
- Develop and manage Revit models with a high level of coordination and accuracy
- Liaise with consultants and manage design information exchange
- Support planning conditions, Gateway submissions, and Building Regulations compliance
- Resolve technical and construction-stage queries
- Contribute to project coordination meetings and design development discussions
About You
- Qualified Architect (ARB registered or equivalent)
- Strong UK practice experience with a focus on project delivery
- Confident working in Revit on live projects
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Experience across residential, hotels, co-living or BTR schemes
- Gateway experience is highly desirable
- Detail-oriented, organised, and technically confident
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player
