Senior Architect Role Summary

An award-winning international architecture and interior design studio is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join its team in London. The studio works across international and UK residential, hospitality, cultural and commercial projects, delivering high-quality designs.

This role is suited to an experienced architect with a strong design and technical background across complex projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering work through all RIBA stages, taking ownership of defined project elements while collaborating closely with a Project Leader/Partner to ensure projects are realised to the highest standards.

Role Overview

The Senior Architect will support the delivery of residential, hospitality, and commercial projects from concept through to completion. They will contribute considered architectural solutions, balance design ambition with technical rigour, and maintain clear communication across internal teams, consultants, and contractors. The role requires confidence, initiative, and a collaborative approach to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver key packages of work across international and UK residential, hospitality, and commercial projects through all RIBA stages
  • Develop and resolve architectural and technical solutions with clarity and precision
  • Support site delivery, working closely with contractors and consultants as part of the lead design team
  • Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawings and documentation in Revit
  • Maintain open, effective communication with Project Leaders and studio peers
  • Uphold design quality, sustainability objectives, and best practice throughout delivery

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience working on high-quality residential, hospitality, and commercial projects in the UK and internationally
  • Strong technical capability with the ability to problem-solve during live project delivery
  • Experience managing and leading teams
  • Experience coordinating with contractors and multidisciplinary consultant teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, with excellent design and technical detailing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable taking responsibility
  • Friendly, collaborative, and committed to contributing positively to studio culture
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
